We Wish we had Made That - Zero Carbon

The Engineering Club members' 'show-and-tell of' ideas to tackle climate change.

Engineers have acknowledged the climate crisis and declared they will do something about it: so what happens next to change the 'business as usual' activity of engineering? Engineering Club members share their ideas in a rapid fire format and the audience can respond to these and test their own.

Topics include: regenerative design, resource efficiency, alternative materials, calculating targets, more efficient structures, 'what we made during the climate strike', the value of refurb, influencing clients, extreme for lean.
